Read with Me: Goldilocks and the Three Bears by Nick and Claire Page

A playful rhyme brings three bears home

Very Good Condition - Light cover scuffs/marks, bumped spine ends and rubbed corners.

Goldilocks finds a house where the porridge, chairs and beds seem to invite a little investigation, but its owners will not be away forever. Nick and Claire Page retell the familiar fairy tale in a lively rhyming style, with colourful illustrations adding humour and modern touches to the traditional story. The repeated situations make it easy for children to anticipate what comes next and join in with an adult reader. Picture-dictionary pages reinforce key vocabulary, while questions and an accompanying activity encourage discussion and retelling. Part of the Read with Me series, this edition combines an entertaining introduction to a well-known tale with opportunities to explore words, sequencing and the consequences of a very curious visitor's choices.
