StepsWeb workbook B is suitable for learners with a spelling age of approximately below 6 years, or students working of StepsWeb Level B. StepsWeb Workbooks can be used by any learners but are recommended for struggling students.

The workbook activities include reading passages, writing exercises, grammar points and vocabulary building activities. There is a strong emphasis on phonic knowledge and phonological awareness.
