Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Origin—Raphael (Book Two) by Michael Teitelbaum

Raphael faces the world beyond the sewer

Fair Condition - Cover is heavily creased and worn, with a small tear and peeling corner. Some bent pages and marked edges, but text remains readable.

Raphael tells the story of an early journey outside the Turtles' hidden home, where everyday life brings unfamiliar discoveries and dangers. Alongside Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo, he encounters people connected with the strange green substance that transformed their lives. Training with Master Splinter has prepared the brothers to fight, but dealing with the world above also demands judgement, cooperation and an ability to understand one another. Michael Teitelbaum adapts the action and humour of the Nickelodeon series into an illustrated chapter book narrated from Raphael's perspective. His forceful personality adds a distinctive angle to the team's beginnings. This is Book Two in the Mutant Origin sequence, following the brothers as their sheltered existence gives way to adventure.
