But adolescence arrives whether David's ready or not, and Robert starts trading the TARDIS for girls, weights, and new music, leaving David to figure out who he is without his oldest friend by his side. Set against a backdrop of Bowie records and Blackpool day trips, Paul Magrs draws on his own 80s childhood to capture the particular ache of growing apart from a childhood best friend, and the quiet courage of figuring out your own identity along the way.
