Eddie is planning his birthday party, complete with the excitement and expectations that such a day brings. Told through the emails that make the Dragonsitter series distinctive, Josh Lacey's story lets Eddie report the escalating chaos in his own anxious, funny voice. Garry Parsons's illustrations add to the comedy. The result is a lively birthday adventure in which dragons, family and festivities prove a difficult combination to control.
