Eeyore and the Balloon Tree by Ronald Kidd

Friends bring colour to Eeyore's gloomy day

Good Condition - with light surface scuffing, bumped corners and wear at spine ends/edges.

Spring has arrived in the Hundred Acre Wood, and Pooh and his friends are busy enjoying the season and planting things. Eeyore sees what everyone else is doing and forms a hopeful idea of his own, involving a balloon and the possibility of something wonderful growing in his gloomy corner of the forest. His friends want to help, but Eeyore's expectations are not quite like those of an ordinary gardener. Ronald Kidd's Disney story brings the familiar characters together in a gentle adventure about disappointment, imagination and thoughtfulness. Colourful illustrations by Vaccaro Associates accompany a reassuring tale in which making someone feel included matters more than having a perfectly sensible plan.
