Vintage Condition - The cover is very worn with heavy rubbing and tearing along the edges and spine; the gold foil is gone. There is foxing/discolouration to the page edges due to age.

This is an extremely rare First Printing, September 1944 edition of Walt Disney's Through the Picture Frame, which is adapted from the Hans Christian Andersen story "Ole Lukøie." Being a first printing from 1944 makes this a true piece of publishing history and one of the earliest titles in the iconic Little Golden Book series. The illustrations were done by the Walt Disney Studio. A genuine, highly sought-after piece that is worth a look if you're after a piece of history.
